Our services have included performing prime consultant duties, project management, corrective maintenance, preventative maintenance, construction management, renovations, fire and life safety training, health and safety training, operational reviews and property management. Through our consulting division we have worked with non-profit sector organizations and service managers to assist non-profits experiencing operating difficulties.

It can be difficult for housing providers to remain current and respond effectively to the myriad of regulations and statutory requirements which impact on housing operations.    We have developed a series of tools to assist our clients to effectively manage their housing/shelter assets as well as the risks associated with their operations. These tools enable providers to focus on effective health and safety practices, legislative compliance, fire code requirements, tendering practices, contractor supervision and other risk management issues.

When you undertake a capital project or major renovation, our property and project management team will act as agent of the owner and will provide transparent tendering and procurement service for capital projects or major renovations. On your behalf, we will retain all the consultants, trades and staff needed for capital projects.  Our goal is for long term relationships built on trust and service guarantees.
