JTM Inc. provides a range of consulting, property and project management services to co-operative, non-profit housing shelter and supportive housing providers. We have performed projects ranging from new construction to major capital repairs in occupied buildings, energy retrofits, mould and asbestos remediation. Our services have included performing prime consultant duties, project management, corrective maintenance, preventative maintenance, construction management, renovations, fire and life safety training, health and safety training, operational reviews and property management. Through our consulting division we have worked with non-profit sector organizations and service managers to assist non-profits experiencing operating difficulties.

We are currently supervising several new construction and renovation projects totaling more than $80,000,000 in costs. These projects range in nature from new construction to major repairs of occupied buildings, energy retrofits and mould/asbestos remediation. Our team has the capacity to deliver project and property management, construction and operational consulting, corrective and preventative maintenance as well as major renovations. Our client base has included working with vulnerable populations including shelters and transitional housing, consumer survivors, low income and other marginalized populations.
