Frank Melo, President
Frank has worked with co-operative housing and shelter/support operators, providing a range of services, including project management, tendering of capital work, evaluating preventative maintenance and risk management systems. Mr. Melo served as director of building services for seven years at the largest supportive housing provider in Ontario with a 40 property portfolio in the GTA including supervising operations, capital works and acquisition rehab.
